Rotorua Wedding Photographer
For Stuart and Kaylene their day couldn’t be any better. The rain held off and we had gorgeous overcast skies. They celebrated their marriage surrounded by family on the gorgeous steps of The Band Rotunda in the Government gardens in Rotorua.
Kaylene’s son gave her away and her daughter was her bridesmaid. The flower girl and page boy were adorable and loved the sushi served after the ceremony.
Kaylene had some beautiful cowgirl boots that Stuart bought for her on their trip to America last year. There was one photo that Kaylene really wanted with her boots on, and Lisa and I couldn’t say no as we LOVE shoes other than white. So during the photos she removed her shoes and popped on the boots. She unfortunately had forgotten her socks so Stuart had to remove his own and give them to her – sharing is caring. He then had to wear his shoes with no socks for the remainder of the photos.
Kaylene wants to be a florist so she had fun working with Sarah from Sarah Eyes Floral Stylist to come up with a design for her bouquet. We also found some gorgeous Wisteria growing near the rose garden. And a single bloom rose.
When Stuart proposed it was at the governement gardens surrounded by some Pukeko’s, so we went hunting for some. We eventually found some and snuck a couple photos in before they disappeared into the bush.
Thanks Stuart and Kaylene for letting us capture your amazing afternoon. Kaylene you were a beautiful bride and Stuart a dashing groom. We thoroughly enjoyed your day, it was absolutely gorgeous xx
